ABSTRACT
Online clearance system is a research project that will help build an effective information management for schools. It aims to develop a system to make the operations after obtaining the free coupling degree. The software developed will serve as a more reliable and efficient way to undertake student game, remove all forms of delay and stress and allow you to understand the procedures involved as well as how to make your online game. This work uses data collected from university, materials and magazines of different authors and project software has been developed to effectively achieve the objectives of this project. In this project, implementation of the computer system was performed using PHP, CSS, Apache and MySQL for the database. In conclusion, the work met all objectives. It is, however, recommended for use by all higher education institutions.
