ABSTRACT
T-junction traffic lights controller is one such device that will play an important role in traffic control at intersections to facilitate peak expected increase in these junctions and minimize disorder that can occur, as well as allow pedestrians the right of way at intervals rather than being hit when crossing the roads. Such electrical system with an electronic key that control the flow of traffic in a predetermined sequential pattern at a crossroads, has its scheme comprising various components. The power supply provides the control unit with the specified voltage of the primary source. The pulse generator comprises a timing pulse for the system. The clock or counter moderate signals that enter the decoding logic system. The unit of each display made of LEDs, the first is red, the second is amber and the last color is green.
