ABSTRACT
This project is about a computerized information management which will help arrived more unwanted transcription management problem associated with misplacement of stude intense and accessibility of the student's report and registration, keeping inaccurate records and poor management of information within schools. The goals and objectives of the study will be easily recovered with the increased data security, and there will be reduction in the amount of resources, which will lower the cost of processing of transcripts, since the information is stored in a database with a data redundancy reduction. This will also prevent over-work staff and reduce congestion in the file and folder. This program developed / designed ensure an easy flow of information to school (University caritas), and the precise management of information throughout the school
