STUDY CONTEXT AND INTRODUCTION

Successfulness has grown in popularity over the last several decades, and it now permeates practically every facet of our daily lives. Performance is an individual's subjective assessment of the reality, and it encompasses a wide range of crucial comments on both the idea and the measuring devices. Organizational outcomes may be described in terms of productivity, quality, effectiveness, economy, earning power, sustainability, and competitiveness. As a consequence, a clear definition of success is becoming more and more critical. Mid-nineteenth century "performance" was first used to describe the results of sporting competitions. In the twentieth century, the phrase developed and created a set of definitions meant to include the widest possible interpretation of what is meant by outcomes. A performance that is not related to a particular objective does not exist at this time. Having the intended outcome is a consequence of achieving the aims. Because the objectives of a company are hard to pin down and become more diverse, success is becoming a more difficult concept to pin down as a concrete statistic. In the business world, "enterprise efficiency" refers to the process of achieving long-term objectives. A company's performance is measured in terms of its ability to improve the cost-benefit ratio while also generating more value. If an organization can generate economic or beneficial value for its activities, it is considered productive.

As a result of differing viewpoints in the academic literature and because of the unique aspects of company organization, activity and financing, we believe that defining, knowing, assessing, and possibly interpreting the principle of organizational success is currently a complex, nuanced, and difficult to achieve method.

By virtue of their success, companies are now obligated to serve the beliefs, wants, and aspirations of the general public. It is the fundamental objective of any society to achieve long-term sustainability in the current meaning of globalization, by incorporating criteria for sustainable development into its policies.

1.2 DEFINITION OF THE ISSUE

According to Harris and Nelson, "employee engagement is a core and vital endeavor in organizations" (2008).

According to them, an organization's long-term sustainability depends on its workers' ability to connect effectively, and open lines of communication promote this engagement.

According to research, effective communication helps workers plan activities and fulfill objectives. Socialization, decision-making and problem solving are all common examples of the use of case studies in these types of contexts. An association or organization's members are working together toward a shared objective when this is the case In most firms, finding the best ways to communicate with their customers is a top priority.

Problems with team success and decision-making ability are also common. As previously said, defining specific goals is essential since the team lacks defined aims or purposes. It's called information sharing when data is exchanged across diverse entities including organizations, people, and technology.
